Introduction

On the outside it may look like you have everything together, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. You don’t have to carry that pressure alone. Many of my clients struggle with constant worry, overthinking, and feeling like their mind never shuts off. They may appear successful and capable on the outside, but internally they feel overwhelmed, self-critical, or emotionally drained. In my practice I help adults and teens break free from anxiety patterns and develop practical skills to feel calmer and more confident in everyday life. Together, we work to understand the root of these patterns while building tools that help you manage stress, set boundaries, and stop the cycle of overthinking. My approach combines insight oriented and practical strategies using evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Clients often report feeling more hopeful, grounded, and empowered as therapy progresses. You deserve support, clarity, and a place where you can show up exactly as you are.
