I believe the parts of us that are often unspoken are where healing begins when met with curiosity instead of silence. I work with individuals navigating identity, life transitions, relationships, cross-cultural experiences, trauma, and grief, including child and/or suicide loss. I also work with individuals navigating their own terminal illness or that of a loved one. I became a therapist because therapy was the first place I experienced what it felt like to truly be myself. Before that, I didn’t realize I wasn’t fully living; I thought I was. On the outside, I was successful and capable, but inside I often felt disconnected to myself and others. In sessions, I offer a space where all parts of your story are visited. We slow things down together and make room for what feels messy, tender, or difficult to name. We make room for things that have been carried alone or held in silence. We learn to hold multiple truths such as grief and relief, strength and struggle, without needing to force quick answers or resolution. Through this process, shame often softens as you begin meeting yourself with curiosity. Life becomes fuller and deeper. I hope I get to walk with you on this journey and to help you make sense of your experience in a way that feels more whole.
