Hello and welcome! I'm Kelly, a Tennessee native who has grown to love the Midwest and the people here. For more than 20 years, I have had the privilege of working in various capacities in the mental health field. I consider it an honor to walk alongside others during difficult seasons, and offering hope, healing, and encouragement is at the heart of the work I feel called to do. You may be here because something feels heavy, uncertain, or hard to carry on your own. Unresolved issues from the past or current, day-to-day struggles may be affecting your ability to move forward or fully engage in your life. Whatever you're facing, counseling offers a space to slow down, be heard, and begin to make sense of your experiences, often leading to a renewed sense of resilience and hope. My approach to counseling is eclectic and tailored to you, with your story, needs, and goals in mind. I draw from person-centered and solution-focused therapy models, along with cognitive-behavioral techniques and dialectical behavior therapy interventions. When desired, I thoughtfully integrate faith into the counseling process. Above all, I believe that meaningful change happens within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a compassionate space where you feel seen and valued and are always met with genuineness and acceptance. My desire is that, together, we can build on your strengths, deepen your sense of purpose, and help you move toward lasting healing and wholeness. Growth is possible, one step at a time.
