Introduction

I specialize in working with people who've tried therapy before without success—those who need a different approach, a fresh perspective, or simply a better fit. As a psychologist, I work with adolescents through elders navigating obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma. My toolkit is diverse: I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, and attachment-based work, always grounded in cultural sensitivity, strength-based practice, and genuine person-centered care. I'm trained in Health at Every Size principles and executive function coaching, and I tailor my approach to meet you where you are. Whether you're contending with intrusive thoughts, disordered eating patterns, past trauma, or the burden of anxiety, I believe there's a path forward—one that honors your values and builds on your resilience. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. Let's find what works for you.
