Introduction

Feeling stuck or unsure if therapy is right for you? You’re not alone. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to have questions or hesitation. Many of the clients I work with began in that same place—and discovered that therapy offered clarity, relief, and tools they didn’t even realize they needed. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, difficult child behaviors, emotional distress, addiction, trauma, anxiety, unexplained fears, or even chronic pain—therapy can help you better understand what’s going on and create meaningful change. I work with individuals, couples, and families across all stages of life—from toddlers and children to adolescents and adults. Every person’s experience is unique, so I tailor my approach to fit your specific needs. My work draws from evidence-based methods including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, play therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR, somatic approaches, and psychodynamic therapy. Clients often describe my style as compassionate, genuine, and direct. I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward. Ready to take the next step? Getting started is simple. I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can talk through your questions and see if we’re a good fit. Appointments are available via Telehealth or in-office. Due to a high volume of calls, I’m not able to return voicemails at this time—please schedule your consultation online or reach out via email. I look forward to connecting with you.
