I became a counselor because I have always been drawn to helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. After more than 14 years working in crisis intervention and supporting individuals through some of the most difficult moments of their lives, I opened my private practice to provide a more personal, relational, and long-term approach to healing and growth. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, burnout, women’s issues, self-esteem challenges, and the emotional impact of caregiving and major life changes. My approach is grounded, practical, and compassionate, blending evidence-based strategies with genuine human connection. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Strengths-Based approaches to help clients develop meaningful tools while feeling heard and understood. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, grieving a loss, facing a major life transition, or simply wanting more balance and fulfillment, counseling can provide a supportive space to process your experiences, identify your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, connected, and confident in navigating whatever challenges life brings your way.
