Introduction

Have you been feeling that, despite your best efforts, the same negative things keep happening to you? The therapy I provide helps people learn how to trust again, connect with others and have more positive thoughts about themselves. Many of my clients have lived through trauma; they're looking to find some healing and closure. The right kind of therapy will help you grow and flourish in the life you are meant to be living. I can help you get there. Some of my goals as a therapist are to help you build self-compassion, create satisfying relationships, find purpose by reconnecting with your aspirations, and give attention to the parts of your emotional self that need healing.
