Introduction

Hey there, I'm Kelly Choy. Life doesn’t always look or feel the way we expected it would. Maybe you have reached a stage of adulthood or parenting where you thought you would feel grounded, secure, and fulfilled – but instead, you feel unsettled, anxious, or disconnected from yourself and those you love. I have walked through seasons of life where nothing felt the way I thought it would. I expected to feel secure and grounded, but instead I felt unsettled and out of place. Then, I decided to throw parenting into the mix. What I have learned, both personally and through my work, is that feeling unsettled during these times doesn’t mean you are failing. It means you’re human. These moments are invitations to pause, reflect, and reshape the way you see yourself and your relationships. I offer both In-person and virtual counseling. My office is convenient to the Southpark area, South Blvd. and I-77. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I don’t believe in quick fixes or telling you who you “should” be. Instead, I create a safe space where you can bring your questions, your doubts, your guilt, or your shame. Together, we’ll make sense of what feels so heavy and discover new ways to move forward with clarity and confidence. Reach out for a Free 15 Minute Consultation to see if I may be the right fit for you. I am happy answer any questions you may have, or talk through any hesitations you may be feeling.
