Sometimes life looks fine from the outside, but inside it feels heavy. I help clients make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface and reconnect with calm, purpose, and self-trust. I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety and depression, relationship struggles, communication and conflict, stress and burnout, life transitions, and changes in health or physical ability. I also welcome first responders into my practice. My approach is integrative and responsive to what you need. Sometimes your nervous system needs a chance to slow down and regulate before deeper processing or problem-solving is helpful. Other times, you already have plenty of insight and the work is figuring out how to turn what you know into meaningful change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to explore how thoughts and behaviors influence emotions, along with IFS-informed parts work, mindfulness, and somatic practices. With an athletic background and a strong interest in health and wellness, I appreciate how injury, changes in physical ability, or simply adapting to change can affect your routine, relationships, confidence, and sense of self.
