My work focuses on targeting the stories you tell yourself that are unhelpful, resulting in your use of strategies and behaviors that keep you in patterns of engagement which rupture your relationships. I’m passionate about identifying, exploring, and guiding you through the intergenerational traumas and experiences that have shaped and strengthened your beliefs of self and other. Good Faith Estimate The total amount you will spend on therapy services is dependent on how many sessions you schedule. There is no required number of sessions, therefore, it will not be possible to anticipate how many sessions you feel you need to schedule to reach your goals. You are entitled to, and upon request, a good faith estimate of charges can be provided. The intake session is the first session, then it is recommended to continue with weekly or biweekly sessions.
