I believe healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, our bodies, and with others. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, somatic approach, meaning we don’t just talk about your experiences—we gently explore how they live in your body, your nervous system, and your day-to-day life. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the lingering impact of past experiences. You might find yourself feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we slow things down, creating space for awareness, choice, and new ways of responding. I see therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert of your experience—I am here as a guide, helping you build insight, strengthen your inner resources, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness and self-trust. My approach integrates somatic therapy, psychodynamic understanding, and a humanistic, heart-centered lens. I also draw from mindfulness and expressive practices to support healing that feels both meaningful and sustainable.
