Introduction

MEET KYM REYNOLDS, LCSW, ICST Kym Reynolds is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience. Kym enjoys spending time with clients of all ages. Her expertise includes Child Protective Services, Hospital Social Work, High School Wellness Centers, and Private Practice. Her specialty is helping patients unlock emotions they may have felt stuck in. This is mainly done through the use of the Sandtray modality. However, she also integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Play Therapy. Kym opened Peaceful Journeys Counseling LLC in 2022, with the intention of providing individuals, families, and groups with a serene setting in which to find healing for various concerns they may be facing. Outside of work, Kym enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, the beach, scrapbooking, and collecting shells and sea glass. MEET KELLY GREEN, LPCMH Kelly Green is a licensed professional counselor specializing in mental health, bringing compassion, experience, and a deep commitment to healing into every session. With over 17 years of experience supporting children, families, and communities—including 13 years as an elementary school counselor and 4 years as a school-based therapist—Kelly understands the importance of meeting people where they are and walking beside them on their journey toward resilience. Since joining Peaceful Journeys, LLC in 2023, Kelly has continued to nurture her passion for helping individuals build strength and connection through life's challenges. She integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, polyvagal approaches, and sand tray therapy. Whenever possible, Kelly incorporates nature into her sessions, believing in the profound healing power of the outdoors. Kelly holds a Master’s in Education from the University of Delaware and a Certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University. Her work has been recognized with the NAMI Delaware School Mental Health Champion Award (2021). One of her most meaningful honors is a Certificate of Appreciation from the Wilmington Child Development Community Policing Program—a testament to her dedication to building strong, resilient connections between schools and communities. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys traveling, hiking, and cozying up with her beloved cat. She brings this same warmth and curiosity into her therapeutic work, creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.
