Introduction

Hello! I’m Kelly and I am so glad you’re here. I do not believe therapy should feel clinical, cold, or intimidating. My goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable enough to be honest, supported enough to feel safe, and challenged enough to grow. In my sessions, I show up as myself - authentic, honest, and human - and I encourage you to do the same. Whether you are struggling with substance abuse, trauma, relationship challenges, or everyday stressors, it would be a privilege to walk alongside your journey with you. As a clinician under active clinical supervision, I bring both solid training and ongoing support to every session, ensuring high-quality, ethical care.
