Introduction

I specialize in working with folks through the transitions and inevitable challenges of life as a parent. Whether it's deciding on whether or not to have children or managing career and family, I have found that the transformation that we go through in these seasons is profound, and we are provided with an opportunity for tremendous growth and fulfillment. And...it's also really hard. We need support and community. Relationships, parenting, work, caretaking and living in a culture that really isn't set up to support us in doing any of it? It's not really working for many of us, and I'm here to help you get curious and uncover what is and isn't working in your life. Let’s work together to reconnect you to your values and support you in taking charge of your life. An empowered and aligned YOU is the best gift that you can give your entire family and community. Are you ready to prioritize your own needs, move yourself to the top of your to-do list and reconnect with your very wise intuition and internal compass? Email or call me to set up a free consultation. I'd love to meet you! Originally from New York, NY, I hold my MA in Counseling from Manhattan College and am licensed in the states of New York and Oregon. I am board certified with the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. In addition to my clinical offerings, I am also a Certified RETAIN Parental Leave Coach (R-PLC). I provide telehealth services in New York and Oregon and in-person services in West Linn, OR.
