Hi! I'm Kelly, a licensed professional counselor in the beautiful state of Wisconsin. I'm so glad you're here and that you've given this time to yourself in pursuit of healing. It is my goal to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel at ease to put down what you are carrying and discover the best version of yourself so that you can move forward in your life with groundedness, clarity, and self-belief. I offer an attuned presence and trauma-focused approach to assist in getting to the root of your mental health symptoms so you can experience trauma reprocessing, resolution, reduction of symptoms, and post-traumatic growth and healing. I utilize a person-centered, experiential and holistic approach that pulls from various modalities including: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Parts Work, Mindfulness, and others. I am a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and offer this powerful brain-based modality to accelerate and deepen trauma healing and processing.
