Introduction

I’m Kelly Moscato, LMHC—a warm, trauma-informed therapist who helps adults in Massachusetts feel more grounded, compassionate, and connected to themselves. My approach centers Internal Family Systems (parts work) with somatic practices and mindfulness (MBCT). Together, we’ll slow down, listen to your nervous system, and build skills that make daily life gentler and more doable. Clients often tell me they feel seen, less alone, and clearer about what truly matters. I offer telehealth statewide and am LGBTQ+ affirming and culturally responsive. Now accepting new clients.
