I work with thoughtful, high-achieving people who are used to holding a lot together. Maybe they're starting to feel burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that are no longer sustainable. Navigating anxiety, perfectionism, Neurodivergence, ADHD, or major life transitions can be a lot for one person. My approach focuses on the therapeutic relationship and on understanding the client first. Through collaborative, practical, and compassionate processing, we create space. In our work together, we focus on understanding patterns, regulating stress, and building ways of living that feel more aligned with you and your values. Outside of therapy, you will usually find me outdoors, reading, relaxing with my family, at the beach, or working on turning my yard into a pollinator sanctuary. I recently discovered gardening, and it has quickly become a favorite pastime.
