Introduction

I’m Kelly Perron, a licensed mental health counselor and the founder of Kelly Perron Counseling, LLC. I’ve worked in behavioral health since 2002, and my path into counseling was shaped by a deep interest in helping people better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful change. I specialize in working with adults, teens, and couples experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, stress, relationship challenges, and executive functioning difficulties. My approach is evidence-based and integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT-informed skills, ACT, and attachment-focused work, including EFT and Gottman-informed couples therapy. I am also trained in substance use treatment and trauma-informed care. My goal is to provide a space that is both clinically grounded and deeply human—where clients can slow down, gain insight, build practical skills, and move toward lasting emotional and relational well-being. Therapy is tailored to your needs, paced intentionally, and focused on helping you feel more confident, connected, and aligned with your goals.
