Introduction

Hello! Finding a good therapist can be tough! So I will let you know what to expect up front! I definitely have a feel for the "tough stuff", much of my career has been spent working with Veterans and service members treating layers of co-occurring trauma, substance abuse, mood disorders etc. I have a fond love for "digging" and getting down to the root of the issue. I personally think I have a good sense of humor (hopefully I'm not the only one) and do appreciate a few light-hearted moments amidst the work of therapy. So if you are looking for someone who: gets to the root, challenges you, compassionate, genuine- then schedule a session and let's get to it. I am currently able to accept any MN resident for virtual visits.
