Meet Kelly: She has a calm, steady way of meeting you where you’re at and helping you slow down enough to make sense of what’s happening in your mind and heart. When life feels overwhelming or hard to untangle, Kelly is skilled at gently sorting through what you’re carrying with you, as you work towards freedom, in a way that feels realistic and within reach. Shaped by the healing and renewal of her own story, her approach allows her to walk with you in a deeply attuned and supportive way as you pursue the goals that matter most to you in your unique therapeutic experience. Person-First, Integrative Approach: Kelly believes therapy is a journey of self-friendship, where being truly seen and accompanied creates space for freedom, renewal of mind, and a deeper capacity to love and be loved. During her time as a FOCUS missionary, Kelly spent years walking alongside women, including many in Greek life, which sparked her passion for supporting teens and young adults through seasons of identity formation and transition. Today, she brings that same presence into the therapy room, helping you process your life experiences and integrate therapeutic techniques that can help you actionably move towards the change you crave. Kelly integrates components of therapeutic approaches like CBT, IFS, and strengths-based therapy into sessions. A Glimpse into Her World: Outside the therapy room, Kelly is usually gathering friends for a themed dinner party, heading out for a long walk, or lingering in a favorite coffee shop with a matcha.
