This could show up in feeling hopeless, worried, apathetic, mistrusting- or simply a sense that something is not right. Rather than just teaching you to cope with the challenges, I support you to connect to what you most want for yourself. Maybe it’s a greater sense of ease, peace, joy, or connection. My work supports you in better knowing yourself so you can access what it is you most want, and feel empowered to live on your terms. Clients I work with have often been impacted by traumatic experiences such as chaotic home environments, unsafe relationships, systemic oppression, and life-threatening situations. These experiences can have the effect of disconnecting us from ourselves, contributing to anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, and unwanted behaviors. Above all I value your humanity and our person-to-person connection. My work takes a holistic perspective and uses a mind-body approach to support you in reconnecting to yourself.
