I have been working with people for my entire life. I started working in the mental health field over 20 years ago. I became a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in 2019 after discovering my passion for helping people feel better and empowering them to improve their lives by improving their overall mental health. I have adapted a systemic approach to therapy, recognizing the importance of understanding the culture, systems, and relationships that shape people’s lives and challenges. I am dedicated to creating a non-judgmental, warm, and supportive environment in therapy, offering empathy, collaboration, and authenticity. I strive to help clients identify their internal and external resilience and strengths while teaching tools to cope with stress and improve connections. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), narrative, and solution-focused techniques. I aim to help clients develop more adaptive habits that lead to meaningful and fulfilling lives. I have experience working with couples, families, and individuals facing relational issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
