Introduction

I help young adults struggling with anxiety build a fulfilling, self-directed future. Many of my clients feel they are overly concerned with what others think of them or find themselves bending to the will of others too easily. Distressing problems may be making life more difficult, like panic attacks, relationship or dating problems, or sexual difficulties. Your sense of identity and self esteem may feel shaken, or perhaps it's always been low. I can help you build a stronger sense of self and confidence to live life authentically in your career, family life, relationships, and anything in between. I am an expert in young adult issues such as career problems, relationships & dating, sexual issues, and mental health episodes. Because of my extensive work with this age range, I can offer a wise, normalizing perspective. Most importantly, I really enjoy watching people build confidence while learning more about themselves. If you often find yourself feeling anxious and struggling to open up in relationships or if you wonder about your identity and feel unsure of who you are, I could be the therapist for you. Let’s build your confidence together. It doesn’t hurt to reach out for a brief consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
