Introduction

My name is Kelly Varhola, M.A., LPC, CCPT, and I am dedicated to helping children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and families navigate life's challenges with confidence, resilience, and hope. Whether facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, social challenges, or significant life transitions, every client deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported. As a Certified Child-Centered Play Therapist, I utilize Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) with children and incorporate Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches with older children, teens, and young adults. I believe healing and growth occur through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, acceptance, and genuine connection. My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where clients can develop self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and experience meaningful, lasting change while collaborating with parents and families throughout the journey.
