My career has been spent working with children/adolescents, adults, and families in various settings, including outpatient clinics, residential facilities and non-profit organizations. I primarily use cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness/relaxation techniques to treat an array of issues, including trauma, anxiety disorders, & depressive disorders.
