Introduction

There are moments in life when uncertainty, difficult emotions, and questions about who we are can feel overwhelming. These experiences are part of being human, but you don't have to navigate them alone. I work with teens and adults navigating OCD, anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma and PTSD, or periods of change and self-discovery. Many of my clients spend a lot of time questioning themselves, overthinking, or trying to make sense of their emotions, relationships, and life direction. Often, they feel caught between what fear is telling them and what truly matters to them. I specialize in OCD treatment using ERP and I-CBT, and I especially enjoy helping people work through relationship concerns, self-trust, life transitions, and the ways anxiety or trauma can make it difficult to feel grounded in themselves. I also work with individuals healing from relational or sexual trauma, often where trauma and OCD overlap and feed each other. Together, we'll work to better understand the patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen your ability to tolerate uncertainty, and distinguish what fear drives from what genuinely aligns with your values, needs, and goals. My style is warm, curious, and collaborative, blending evidence-based treatment, like ACT, DBT, and CBT, with deeper exploration of identity, relationships, and personal growth. I believe therapy can be a place not only for symptom relief, but for understanding yourself more deeply, and building a life that feels authentic and guided by what matters most to you.
