Let's be honest...life can be really stressful. Sometimes those are daily small stressors that build up over time, and other times, its major stressors that we aren't sure how to get through. Stress big and small affects us, rightfully so...and that's where I come in. Working with you on your goals and needs- we explore the areas of stress or pain in your life, heal from trauma, and practice skills for the present and future. My main areas of focus are Mood Disorders, Healthy Relationships and Boundaries, and Trauma Informed Care. In sessions, I utilize skills and theories from EMDR Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
