You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone—support, healing, and growth are possible. I’m a Licensed Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care. I specialize in substance use disorders, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, grief, anger management, and life transitions. I work with children, adults, couples, and families, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly understood. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to help you feel comfortable being yourself from the very beginning. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy. This allows me to tailor our work together in a way that feels right for you or your family. I believe that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of your experiences, navigate obstacles, and build healthier ways of coping. Together, we can work toward creating a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with who you truly are.
