Introduction

If you’ve ever felt stuck carrying old wounds, juggling stress and burnout, or navigating challenging relationships, you’re not alone. I help individuals heal from family-of-origin trauma, including those who grew up in families impacted by addiction or dysfunction, and create a more authentic life. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, and I believe healing happens within a safe, trusting relationship. Together, we’ll process your story, strengthen self-compassion, and build healthier patterns in relationships, career, and parenting. I help with life transitions and the lingering effects of family-of-origin trauma, including challenges with anxiety, burnout, and relationship patterns. I offer guidance in building confidence, setting boundaries, and developing practical strategies to support personal growth and lasting change. I offer in-person sessions in Phoenix and virtual sessions throughout Arizona. Whether you’re looking for support navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, or life transitions, I’d be honored to walk alongside you and help you develop tools and strategies that fit your life.
