Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and highly capable, yet find themselves stuck in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, or self-doubt. They may spend hours seeking reassurance, replaying conversations, questioning decisions, or trying to feel certain before moving forward. Even when they understand why they feel this way, insight alone hasn't created lasting change. Together, we work to break free from these patterns and build a life guided by values rather than fear, avoidance, or uncertainty. I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I help clients reduce compulsions, avoidance, rumination, and reassurance-seeking while developing greater flexibility in responding to difficult thoughts, emotions, and uncertainty. Living with OCD or anxiety can be exhausting, especially when it feels like your mind never turns off. Change is possible. Therapy can help you step out of old patterns and move toward a life that feels more meaningful, connected, and free. I'd be honored to support you in that process.
