I provide stress and anxiety therapy to young adults and professionals. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, balancing career pressures, or seeking greater confidence. They might need guidance in building resilience, healthier coping skills, and greater self-esteem. I work with those who are motivated for change but unsure of where to start. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. My approach is warm, collaborative, and encouraging. Session techniques draw from mindfulness-based practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
