After 11 years working at a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program for people with eating disorders and related challenges, I have considerable experience supporting people to build practices that honor their bodies, cultivate peace and belonging, and allow them to engage more fully in a life worth living. My work is rooted in the power of compassionate, honest relationships. We’ll explore what matters most to you and let that guide us. Healing can get messy, but it’s guaranteed to be meaningful—and you won’t have to do it alone. I bring plenty of nonjudgment (and a bit of good humor) along the way. I take an integrative approach, combining evidence based practices with curiosity, humility, and ongoing learning alongside my clients. Working from a liberatory framework, I explore how relationships, communities, cultures, and systems shape your experience. Together we create a space for authenticity, connection, and healing, to support you in living a fuller, more connected life. Healing can (and must) be about so much more than seeking relief from symptoms or altering behaviors—though these are valid and meaningful reasons to seek help. I believe in the importance of holistic healing, honoring the interconnectedness of body and mind, and creating space for growth, integration, and deeper self-understanding.
