Introduction

Hi, I'm Kelsey (she/her) and I'm committed to working with you in a different way. There is so much value in weekly hour-long therapy sessions. It allows you to navigate through the daily ups and downs and is a wonderful way to give yourself an hour of dedicated space for you. But, this is not the only way you can do therapy. I offer weekly hour-long therapy, and I also offer therapy intensives (multi hour to multi day sessions), group therapy, and extended length couples counseling (90 minutes) to give time, space, and connection to move towards the deeper parts of you holding the hurt, the anger, and the behaviors you are so wanting to change. Reach out and we will see what path is best for you. I offer an integrated trauma processing approach of IFS/parts work and EMDR to get to the root of what underlies your daily behavior and choices.
