Introduction

Somewhere along the way, you may have picked up the belief that you’re not enough, or that something about you is fundamentally bad. You probably don’t say it out loud, but you can feel it in how hard you work to be good, helpful, easy to be around, and on top of everything. You might understand exactly where it all comes from, and still find yourself showing up the same way day-to-day. That isn’t a failure of willpower. These patterns took shape early, when you were learning what it took to stay safe and connected. I’m Kelsey (she/her), and I help people get to the root of negative beliefs about themselves. I combine IFS (parts work) with EMDR, which lets us do more than talk about what happened. We get to know the parts of you still carrying the hurt, the fear, and the protective habits, and help them heal so they don’t have to run the show. I work with individuals, couples, and groups with this lens in mind. We often start with weekly sessions, which gives you steady, dedicated space to build trust and build on your innate confidence and clarity. When you’re ready to go deeper or faster, I also offer therapy intensives (multi-hour to multi-day sessions) that can help reprocess the origin story of these beliefs in a focused and contained way. You don’t have to know which path is right before you reach out. Let’s talk.
