I believe healing happens in the context of safe, compassionate relationships. It is a privilege to walk alongside people during some of life’s most difficult seasons, helping them make sense of their experiences, discover their strengths, and find hope for the future. Watching clients grow in confidence, deepen their relationships, and begin to experience lasting change is one of the most meaningful parts of my work. Before entering private practice, I worked as a counselor supporting college students through anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. I also serve as an adjunct professor, teaching and mentoring graduate counseling students, which keeps me actively engaged in counselor education and current clinical research. For clients who desire it, I am also comfortable integrating Christian faith into the counseling process in a way that is thoughtful, clinically sound, and tailored to each person’s specific therapy goals.
