Introduction

Kelsey works with adolescents and adults, supporting individuals as they explore the stories that have shaped who they are and who they are becoming. She creates a therapeutic space grounded in curiosity, respect, and transparency, where clients can safely examine identity, patterns, and lived experience. Kelsey believes that every person’s story matters and that growth is possible at any stage of life. By bearing witness to each individual’s narrative, she helps clients reconnect with their strengths, reclaim agency, and move toward a life that feels authentic and aligned. Kelsey specializes in working with late-diagnosed neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD and autistic adults, many of whom are navigating identity shifts, burnout, masking, perfectionism, and grief around missed support earlier in life. She also specializes in treating eating disorders and is particularly attuned to the intersection of dance and mental health. As someone deeply familiar with the dance world, Kelsey understands the unique pressures dancers and other high-achieving, creative individuals face—body image, injury, performance anxiety, discipline culture, transitions out of dance, and the challenge of separating self-worth from productivity and achievement. Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based. She strives to be fully present, ask thoughtful questions, and offer a space where clients feel seen rather than judged. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially for those who have learned to push through or perform competence, but Kelsey views seeking help as an act of courage. Mental health challenges are not failures—they are human experiences. Kelsey offers individual therapy and is also available for group presentations and seminars focused on neurodivergence, eating disorders, and dancer mental health.
