Introduction

I offer a fully telehealth practice designed to support working professionals, college students, faculty, and staff. I provide video sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and I encourage you to join from your coziest spot. Pets welcome, of course! With over 10 years of experience as a trauma-informed therapist, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and LGBTQIA+ affirming space where you can feel seen and supported. My work focuses on helping folks navigate mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ issues, including exploring sexuality and gender identity. Many of my clients are also dealing with life stressors, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I work collaboratively with my clients to create a personalized approach that meets you where you are. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Through empowerment and new skills, you'll be supported in building a fulfilling and authentic life. I invite you to schedule a free 15 minute consultation with me below, where we'll have the opportunity to talk and see if we're the right fit for one another. Please note that I do not participate with insurance, but can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network coverage.
