Introduction

Hi, I’m Kelsey! I am a licensed therapist trained in EMDR and a board certified music therapist. I am open to working with all kinds of folks who need support but I might be particularly a good fit for those who have survived sexual harm, are living with an eating disorder, and/or identify as queer or trans. Together we may navigate moving through seasons of change, trauma, grief, embodiment and resourcing towards a more expressive and authentic version of self. Whether you've been in therapeutic spaces for years or this is your first time seeking support, all points of access are welcome. You are the expert on your own life and on the strengths that have carried you through. These memories and experiences can serve as a foundation of internal support as we navigate healing. Blending EMDR, somatic techniques, music-therapy, parts work and mindfulness, we can explore creative ways to approach the goals that matter to you. My hope is to connect you to a greater sense of self and values, expanded support, and more groundedness when facing life's changes. When your resources feel more accessible, we begin to shine a light on more difficult moments together. Reach out for a free 15-minute consult today.
