Life after trauma can feel like a constant balancing act between meeting others’ expectations and honoring your own needs. I help women untangle the patterns of people-pleasing, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Through warm, trauma-informed, and feminist-based therapy, we’ll explore your story and create a path toward confidence, clarity, and empowered living — all from the comfort of your home anywhere in Michigan. We'll put your sense of safety and empowerment at top priority, and look beyond just your symptoms and behaviors themselves- exploring what purpose they may be serving and the deeper experiences or emotions that may be driving them. I have a master's degree in clinical health psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. I am licensed and have been supporting clients of all ages and from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures for almost 10 years. I am a wife and a mother. I serve as a member of the Farmington/Farmington Hills Community Health Commission, and I'm passionate about supporting underprivileged and underserved populations in any ways possible.
