My name is Kelsy Norman and I have been practicing as a therapist since 2019. I work with clients navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, and the unique challenges of step-parenting. In our first sessions, we'll explore what's weighing you down and develop a plan to help you feel more in control at a pace that feels right for you. Healing isn’t one size fits all, and therapy shouldn’t be either. I use a mix of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy.
