Hello! My name is Kely Vazquez, and I am a bilingual Psychotherapist at Eclectic Therapy. I truly believe that healing isn’t a straight line, and it doesn’t have to be something you do alone. As a Psychotherapist, my goal is to ensure that you feel seen and respected for who you are. I strive to create a judgment-free and safe space where you can be your most authentic self. Whether we’re speaking in English, Spanish, or Spanglish, I am here to not only support you but also to challenge you to grow into the best version of yourself. I utilize several therapeutic modalities—such as CBT, DBT, Strengths-Based, and Trauma-Informed care—and I am always open to learning more to guide you better on your journey. As a First-Generation Mexican-American Graduate, I bring cultural humility and psychoeducation to our sessions. I understand that your culture and identity are central to your healing—or maybe even the opposite, where you want to challenge Hispanic generational trauma and its cycles. Regardless, I am here to help you find your strengths and build a life rooted in empathy, self-compassion, and the ability to make things feel manageable again. This is your journey, and I would love to join you in whatever you may need for your therapeutic growth and overall well-being.
