Introduction

My practice is currently limited to evenings due to my other full time position. I will be turning my practice into full time sometime in the near future. My focus is on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood, allowing us to collaboratively explore their thoughts and emotions. By integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques with empathy and patience, I strive to empower clients to develop coping strategies, build resilience, and feel more grounded. While I welcome the opportunity to work with adults and adolescents of all identities, I feel particularly drawn to supporting male-identified (trans or cisgender) adolescents and adults. I recognize how societal expectations around masculinity can limit emotional expression and contribute to feelings of isolation, anxiety, and depression. I especially want to work with those who feel stuck emotionally but are ready and willing to put in the effort to get unstuck. I’m committed to supporting each person’s journey with patience and genuine care, helping them find hope and strength along the way.
