Introduction

With more than 20 years of experience as a therapist, I offer warm, professional support for adolescents and adults. I provide a space where you can feel heard, respected, and understood as we explore life’s emotional and relationship challenges together. I work with people from diverse backgrounds and life circumstances. I recognize that identity, relationships, environment, strengths, and barriers all shape your experience. My approach is respectful, curious, and nonjudgmental. I invite you to explore what moving forward could look like. I support people navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, trauma, relationship concerns, identity exploration, life transitions, and feeling emotionally stuck. Together, we’ll explore what is getting in the way, reconnect with your strengths and values, and take meaningful steps toward a more fulfilling life. Together, we will identify what you hope to change, understand, or build in your life, and revisit those goals as your needs evolve. Our work will move at a pace that feels supportive while keeping your values and priorities at the center. I currently offer virtual therapy sessions and am accepting a limited number of clients while I transition from full-time county agency work into private practice. I accept many major insurance plans, offer self-pay options, and provide a sliding-scale fee for eligible out-of-pocket clients. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to help us determine whether working together feels like a good fit.
