Deciding to start therapy takes courage. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when life presents challenges that leave you feeling stuck or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you're navigating pain, confusion, or emotional hardship, you don’t have to go through it alone. I believe that therapy is a journey of connection—building trust and vulnerability between us. My goal is to be there for you every step of the way, offering support, encouragement, and guidance. Together, we can work toward discovering more joy, peace, and fulfillment in your life. I draw on a mix of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring our work together to meet your unique needs. I also bring a holistic perspective, incorporating Health at Every Size (HAES) and intuitive eating to help clients create a healthier relationship with their bodies and food. In my office, you’ll also meet my Bernese Mountain dog, Rory. He’s a gentle, sweet companion. I believe the calming presence of animals can be incredibly healing, so he’ll be there to offer comfort when needed.
