I’m trained in Somatic Attachment Focused EMDR to safely process difficult experiences while reconnecting with the body and emotions. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Sand Tray, and play-based techniques. By blending these approaches, we’ll discover what best supports growth, well-being, and balance.
