Introduction

My highest priority as a clinician is cultivating a safe environment with a non-judgmental and empathetic atmosphere. My specialties include PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, addiction, and personality disorders. I help break down the barrier that disconnect people from themselves and others. My goal for clients is to help them reconnect to their true self, find acceptance, and continue to grow and empower themselves toward their ideal life. I currently work in my private practice at 1111 New Beginnings. I am dually licensed counselor with (LCPC) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor Billings, MT. I have had over 10 years of experience providing clinical therapeutic care services to adults, couples, families, adolescents, and elderly in a multitude of therapeutic environments. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I lead my session with a person-centered approach to provide a safe environment for my clients. I am looking forward to my first year as the President of MAADAC (Montana Associates for Addiction Professionals). I am excited to bring my experience, knowledge, passion, and ideas to the board to contribute to the organization and our clients.
