Hi, I’m Kendyl. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner of Brunet Therapy and Wellness, with over 15 years of experience supporting adults and families through some of life’s most vulnerable seasons. I’m based in New Orleans and specialize in perinatal and infant mental health, trauma-informed therapy, and navigating major life transitions. I work with individuals during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood, including those coping with anxiety, depression, birth trauma, NICU experiences, and the emotional overwhelm that can come with caring for a young child. I also support parents as they navigate identity shifts, relationship stress, and early childhood behavioral challenges—especially when things feel heavier than expected. My approach is warm and collaborative, and I focus on meeting you where you are, helping things feel less overwhelming, and supporting you as you build confidence in yourself and your role as a parent.
