Introduction

I believe that within each of us lies an innate healing capacity, simply waiting to be unearthed. Through my professional and personal experiences, I have seen the deep healing that can come from exploring and deepening the connection to oneself, others and the world around us. I am passionate about supporting individuals with trauma, grief, anxiety, attachment wounding and other difficulties as they uncover their own health and groundedness. I bring gentleness, creativity and humor in my body-based therapy approach. I borrow from gestalt, transpersonal and parts work lenses in my work with individual adults, adolescents and children. I completed my masters in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling at Naropa University, and believe deeply in the power of presence and embodiment. I often find tools such as music and art helpful in cultivating clients’ awareness and healing. While I do not accept insurance, I do have a select number of sliding scale spots available on a first come first served basis.
