Introduction

Every individual’s story is a unique performance— or as William Shakespeare said, "All the world's a stage" — and I am here to help you navigate your next act with confidence and clarity. With a background in theatre education and a deep appreciation for the arts, I bring a creative, open-minded, and collaborative spirit to the therapeutic space. I believe in honoring unique mindsets and creating a safe, inclusive environment for children, teens, and adults, with a dedicated focus on the neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities. My clinical approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which I use to help clients move from feeling 'stuck' in old patterns to building a life of their own design. I am highly familiar with the complexities of codependency and the vital work of boundary building—helping you find the balance between connection and independence so you can show up authentically in your relationships. Beyond my creative roots, I have an extensive foundation in addiction counseling and CBT psychoeducation. My work with clients in inpatient recovery facilities and local supporting networks has taught me the power of resilience and the importance of a solid support system. Whether you are navigating recovery, exploring your identity, or learning to set the stage for your own well-being, I look forward to collaborating with you on your journey.
