I’m a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State, and I work primarily with adults navigating trauma, stress, and major life disruptions. I began this work out of a deep respect for how profoundly difficult experiences can shape the nervous system, identity, and sense of safety—and how healing is possible with the right support. My clinical focus includes trauma-related conditions such as PTSD, work-related injuries, and acute stress following sudden or overwhelming events. I take a collaborative, trauma-informed approach, drawing from evidence-based therapies to help clients process what they’ve been through while also building stability, self-trust, and resilience in the present. I strive to create a space that feels grounded, respectful, and steady. Especially for clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. My goal is to support meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable, helping clients reconnect with a sense of safety, agency, and forward movement in their lives.
