I work primarily with men and couples who are navigating relationship distress, intimacy challenges, trust issues, and questions about sexual health. I also help clients work through anger, addictive behaviors, work-life stress, and questions of purpose and direction. My core belief is that emotional distress—anxiety, depression, confusion—often stems from living without clear purpose or positive action. When confidence and direction fade, it affects not only how you see yourself but how you show up in your relationships. I'm solution-driven: we'll identify what's really going on within the first few sessions, clarify your desired outcomes, and build a concrete action plan. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combined with Gestalt, somatic, and experiential approaches—not just talk, but embodied work that creates real change. I accept most major insurance plans and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions for individuals and couples. I'm currently accepting new clients and ready to help you move forward.
