My focus as a therapist is to provide a safe, warm space where individuals and families can explore the complex challenges they have faced. We can discover the answers to the concerns and problems that trouble us. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the challenges being faced now. I see people through a lens of love and want to help each client. I primarily identify with the Person-Centered theory; however, I use a range of therapeutic approaches to meet my clients' needs. These include Solution-Focused Therapy, IFS, EMDR Therapy, and the Gottman Method for marriage therapy. I am a husband and father, and I have overcome trauma and hardship that have made me who I am today. With a passion for people and a belief in the transformative power of psychotherapy, I am committed to helping clients reach their goals and create a better future for themselves and their families. I approach helping people with compassion, curiosity, and warmth, and I firmly believe that everyone is worthy of love and help.
